Corporate partnership
The center is vigorously promoting the development of co-creative experts in collaboration with industry to develop talent that can use data science and AI technology. In addition to “joint education” that cultivates the social problem-solving skills of Tokyo Tech students, the center will also offer interactive “recurrent education” that provides companies with courses offered by the center. The center will improve the broader society’s literacy and technical capabilities in data science and AI.

Inter-university partnership
As a model project school in the Japan Inter-University Consortium for Mathematics, Data Science and AI Education, the Tokyo Institute of Technology will expand to other universities through educational curriculum design and teaching material development. In particular, the university will build a mutually complementary education network between Tokyo Tech, which has strengths in the expert level, and universities that focus on the literacy level and advanced literacy level.
Tokyo Tech's specialized graduate-level courses are generally available in English, and is promoting partnerships with foreign universities, for example streaming expert level courses to TAIST (a graduate school managed by Tokyo Tech and related institutions in Thailand) students.
